To use CLUBOVA, users must:

POS & Inventory Management

  • Sales transaction recording.
  • Inventory monitoring.
  • Product and stock management.

Membership Management

  • Member registration and profile management.
  • Membership status tracking.
  • Organisation and member coordination.

Features may be updated, modified, or expanded as the platform develops.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Access another user’s account without permission.
  • Upload unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to compromise platform security.
  • Misuse financial, membership, or organisational information.
  • Disrupt platform operations or interfere with other users.
  • Use CLUBOVA for fraudulent or unauthorised activities.

5. Data Accuracy and Responsibility

Users and organisations are responsible for ensuring that information entered into CLUBOVA is accurate and appropriately authorised.

CLUBOVA provides management tools but does not independently verify every financial transaction, membership record, or organisational decision.

6. Intellectual Property

The CLUBOVA name, branding, logo, interface design, and original platform materials belong to their respective lawful owners.

Users retain ownership of content they lawfully upload, subject to the permissions necessary to operate the platform.

Users may not reproduce or commercially distribute CLUBOVA’s proprietary materials without appropriate authorisation.

7. Account Security

Users must take reasonable precautions to protect their accounts.

8. Service Availability
